paper.
- Hard copy and electronic version (diskette or e-mail).
- With full information about the author (institution, address,
telephone number and e-mail).
2. Papers must be original. We might, in exceptional cases,
consider simultaneous publication in other languages; therefore
we must know the exact status of the work when submitted.
3. According to the style, extension and format of the document,
the Editorial Committee will decide its nature: article, essay,
research note, bibliographic study, review or critique to
published material in the journal.
4. Articles must not exceed 50 pages including graphics,
tables, quotes and bibliography. Essays, notes and bibliographic
studies must not exceed 30 pages.

- An abstract in English and Spanish language of 120 words
in direct style (without phrases like "The author points
out…").
- A short list of key words.
6. All articles will be refereed by two specialists on the
subject, who will asses the originality, relevance and methodological
coherence of the document.
7. Reviews should be of academic books of present interest
or of new editions of classics worth of new revision. Critiques
to previously published articles in the journal are welcome.
8. Quotes and references must adjust to the following style:
According to Mancur Olson, human behavior is not guided exclusively
by self-interest: "There is not only self-interest but
also a benevolent element—and even a malevolent streak—in
human nature" (Olson, 2000, p. 3).
9. A complete list of bibliographic references must be included
at the end of the text, following this format:
Olson, Mancur (2000), Power and Prosperity, New York,
Basic Books.
10. Spanish-speaking authors who submit documents in a language
different to Spanish should make their own translation.
11. Texts will be reviewed only when they comply with these
requirements. All material should be sent to:
